Dr. Padam Bhusal

Professional Biography

Dr. Padam Prasad Bhusal is a General Surgeon with over 9 years of experience working at KNMC Hospital, Kathmandu. He received his MD from V. N. Kharkiv National University, Ukraine and an MS in General Surgery from Kathmandu University. He is attached to the General Surgery Department of KNMC Hospital and provides surgical consultation and treatment for various general surgical conditions. His clinical practice includes assessment and management of piles, anal fissure, fistula and other general surgical and gastrointestinal conditions. His comprehensive training in surgery enables him to evaluate patients and suggest the most suitable treatment for their specific needs. In addition Dr. Bhusal has an academic interest in trauma surgery. His postgraduate research included the use of a clinical abdominal scoring system to predict management of blunt abdominal trauma, reflecting his interest in evidence based surgical assessment and decision making. He is currently doing OPD in General Surgery Department in KNMC Hospital from Sunday to Friday.
